Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation if applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wicked and Grim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.

Some items may be offered as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:
